By accessing and using Velropay's payment gateway services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

Velropay provides payment gateway services including UPI collection, API-based payouts, and related financial transaction processing services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
• Ensuring all information provided is accurate and current
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Using the service only for lawful purposes

4. Payment Processing

Velropay processes payments on behalf of merchants. We are not responsible for disputes between merchants and their customers. Transaction fees and settlement terms are outlined in your merchant agreement.

5. Fees and Charges

Transaction fees and charges are disclosed at the time of account setup. We reserve the right to modify fee structures with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Security and Data Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, users must also take appropriate security precautions. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

7. Limitation of Liability

Velropay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately in cases of fraud, violation of terms, or legal requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Velropay platform are owned by Velropay or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
